1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All purchases, including trading signals, Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, binary options signals, and subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided upon payment, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Instant Access

Once payment is confirmed, access to your purchased product or subscription is granted instantly through Telegram, email alerts, or your account dashboard. Because of this immediate delivery, the sale is considered final.

3. Subscription Renewals

  • All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly) automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling your subscription stops future payments but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be issued if a duplicate payment is charged due to a technical error. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days at support@ss7trader.com.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please reach out to our support team before initiating any payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
