Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ss7trader.com and any software licence you buy from us. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.
Who we are
“SS7 Trader”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating ss7trader.com, based in the United Kingdom. “You” means the person or business using the site or a licence.
You can reach us at support@ss7trader.com. That address is the correct route for every notice under these terms.
What the software is, and what it is not
Our products read market data and produce analysis — indicators, signals, dashboards and research output.
The software never places, modifies or closes an order, never holds or moves your money, and never requires access to your trading account. We will never ask you for a broker password. Anyone claiming to be us who asks for account credentials is not us.
We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund, or a regulated financial adviser, and we are not affiliated with any broker. Any broker you use is a separate relationship governed by that broker’s own terms.
Nothing here is financial advice
Nothing on this website, in the software, in our research pages, or in any message from us is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a forecast of future results. We do not know your circumstances and we are not authorised to advise on them.
Research figures we publish are measurements taken on historical data under a stated entry and settlement model, published with their confidence bounds and their failures. Past measurements do not indicate future performance, and no configuration we describe is presented as guaranteed.
Trading carries a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you expect, and you should never risk money you cannot afford to lose. Every decision you take is yours.
Who may buy
You may buy a licence only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
Binary and leveraged products are restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the market analysis you are buying is lawful where you live, before you buy. We do not provide legal advice on this and cannot assess it for you.
Your licence
On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for the term you bought, on your own devices and accounts.
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- share, resell, sublicense, rent or publish the software or your access credentials;
- redistribute our signals or research output as your own service, whether free or paid;
- copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the models, features or thresholds inside the software;
- run it for more people than the licence covers, including inside a group or signal channel.
A licence found to be shared may be suspended without refund. This is the one place we enforce firmly, because a shared licence is the whole product given away.
Accounts and security
Your licence is keyed to the email address used at checkout. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is compromised, shared, or being used to attack the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, hammer or overload our APIs, dashboard or feeds;
- attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours;
- use the service unlawfully, or to break your broker’s rules;
- misrepresent our published research — including quoting a figure without the limits recorded alongside it — or imply we endorse or partner with you when we do not;
- use our name, marks or content to promote another service.
Prices, payment and term
Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Licences are sold as fixed terms — one, three or six months — and do not renew silently. When a term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content, how that right ends when you ask for immediate access, and the situations in which we always refund.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Availability, and what we do when it breaks
We work to keep the service running continuously and monitor our data feeds automatically, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Markets close, brokers change their feeds, third-party providers fail, and maintenance happens.
Where an outage is our fault and substantially deprives you of the service for a prolonged period during your term, clause 4 of the Refund Policy applies.
Intellectual property
All software, models, research, text, designs and marks on this site remain ours. Your licence gives you the right to use the software, and nothing more.
You may quote short passages of our published research with attribution and a link. You may not republish a page in substance, present our research as your own, or use it to train a competing model.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or decisions you take using our analysis;
- we are not liable for the acts, failures, restrictions, payout changes or insolvency of any broker or third party;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss;
- our total liability arising from your licence is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
The software is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant any particular level of accuracy, signal volume, or result.
Suspension and ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time; the Refund Policy governs what happens to money already paid.
We may suspend or end your licence, without refund, if you materially breach these terms — in particular clause 5 (sharing or reselling) or clause 7 (acceptable use). Where the breach is capable of being fixed and was plainly not deliberate, we will tell you and give you a chance to fix it first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and the date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Material changes will be notified by email to licence holders.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Before any of that: write to support@ss7trader.com. Almost everything is resolved that way.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
